Our company history
Promed was established in 1997 as a department of Medline Alarm Sağlık Hizmetleri A.Ş. in order to provide provision services for the insurance sector starting after the year 2002 to serve as an independent company with equal shares of 50 % between Bilkent Holding and Esas Holding.
As of 18.06.2008, 40% of Medline Alarm Sağlık Hizmetleri A.Ş shares have been transferred to Tepe International. Tepe International is an affiliate of CompuGROUP AG, one of the leading E-Health companies in Europe.
